My Treaty of Waitangi writing1

 

I wonder why the Maori people are wearing no shirts, I wonder why he is writing with a feather. I noticed that he is writing with a bird's feather and I also noticed that the British people are standing and the Maori  people are sitting down. I notice Maori people and British people watching the man who is writing on that piece of paper and the British flags on the table.
